It takes 21 days to break a habit we teach you how to eat clean for 21 days changing foods you already eat, not giving you a food plan to stick that is complicated instead we guide you through swapping foods and making better choices. So after the challenge you can continue to make better choices about the foods you eat, it will help you become more aware of what you are currently eating and finding out what foods are making you feel bloated and sluggish.

Doing a challenge like this makes you accountable its short but long enough for you to break your habits and start making long term changes to how you eat. Get yourself into a routine of exercise and start feeling better. The challenge begins with a body composition scan so you have a starting point, it can be a little daunting to do a body scan but it helps you realise what you need to do.

I’m not going to sugar coat it and say it is going to be easy but will tell you it will make you feel better I do this myself when I feel like life has taken over and am feeling sluggish and tired and have started looking for those quick foods that are not always good for you It also resets your mind set and gives you a reminder that we are what we eat and what goes into our mouths affects us sometimes more than we realise, I’m not only talking about the waistline but how we feel and cope with daily life.

Yes the challenge will need a little planning ahead for the week to make sure you have food ready to go so you are not tempted by junk foods and takeaways.If you are rushing around and sometimes forget to eat and then miss meals this will help you get yourself organised and into a better routine and save you time and money.
