Bridging the gap between one on one personal training and small group training.
After you have had your initial consult, during which your movement and mobility will be assessed as well as looking at all of your past and present injuries, so we have a better understanding of the training you require to reach your goals.
You will training alongside people with like-minded goals to help you stay motivated and have extra peer support and with a maximum of only 4 in a group, you get plenty of one-on-one time with the coach.
You will be coached depending on your goals/needs so every session is specific to what you need, mindset, rehab, strength, weight loss, body confidence, self-esteem, while taking into consideration your lifestyle. Your coach will help you become your best self and help you get the most out of your training and create better lifestyle habits.
All your results will be tracked, to help make sure your recovery is on point, so we can make sure you are on track to reach your goals.
Also included is fitness tracking via a specialised heart rate app plus one-on-one coaching / trouble shooting sessions (should these be required)
