FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Absolutely NOT…. Our Small Group Classes are designed for all fitness levels and training experience, because these classes are capped at 10 we can easily modify any of the exercises or scale back the intensity.

All of our classes run for 60 minutes except the Boxing that runs for 45 minutes. This includes a specific warm up, main exercises followed by a cooldown / stretching.

YES. Our 9:30 classes are child friendly and suitable for mum’s and bubs. Please note this is also a mixed class!
Yes. We have both a shower and change room.

Its really easy to get started just give us a call on (03) 9041 6216 or email at [email protected] and we will get in touch. The first step is a fitness assessment (don’t worry no fitness test !) and a chat to discuss your fitness goals before starting your first class.

We offer a free trial for our Saturday Boxing and circuit classes only. Please contact us to organise this.

All of our memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of 3 months. After that they automatically go to a moth to month contract.

Yes absolutely. We just ask for two weeks notice and the minimum term is 2 weeks (up to a max of 8 weeks). You can have up to 4 suspensions every 12 months.

The fee for suspending your membership is $25. Please not suspensions over 8 weeks will be treated as a cancellation.

If cancelling in the first 3 months, you are liable for the remaining time left on the contact (except under exceptional circumstances). If cancelling after the 3 months, then no fee’s apply, we just ask for 2 weeks notice in writing.
For weekend classes yes, we offer a drop in free for $25 per class, but for the Small Group Classes we only offer drop in’s for visitors. We also offer a prepayment option of 10 classes for $150 but again, this is only for weekend classes.
